Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Selection Posts in the format given in Annexure-A of this advertisement. Applicants are advised to go through all parameters under different Paras and Sub-Paras of this Notice and satisfy themselves about their suitability on Age-limit and Essential Qualification for the posts, before applying.

  • Information Assistant : 02 (OBC-1 SC-1) posts, Age: 21 to 25 years, Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
  • Metrological Assistant : 05 (UR-3 OBC-1, SC-1) posts, Age: 30 years, Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
  • Technical Officer-I : 06 (UR-03, OBC-02, ST-01) posts, Age: 18-25 years, Pay scale: Rs.5200-20200+ Grade pay Rs.2000/-
  • Costing officer : 02 (UR-1 OBC-1) posts, Age: 30 years, Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
  • Economic Assistant : 02 (UR-2) posts, Age: 28 years, Pay scale: Rs.5200-20200+ Grade pay Rs.2800/-
  • Laboratory Assistant : 01 (OBC-1) post, Age:18 to 25 years, Pay scale: Rs.5200-20200+ Grade pay Rs.1900/-
  • Assistant Director : 08 (UR-5, OBC-2, SC-1) posts, Age: 30 years, Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
  • Zoological assistant : 02 (UR-2) posts, Age: 18 to 27 years, Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
  • Stockman : 05 (UR-2, OBC-1, SC–1, ST-1) posts, Age: 18 to 25 years, Pay scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
  • Senior Scientific Assistant : 01 (ST-1) post, Age: 30 years, Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
  • Calligraphist (Jr) (Urdu) : 01 (OBC-1) post, Age: 18 to 27 years, Pay scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
  • Calligraphist (Jr) (Sindhi) : 01 (UR-1) post, Age: 18 to 27 years, Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

Staff Selection Commission will conduct an All India Open Examination 21/10/2012 and 28/10/2012 for recruitment to the following posts for Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Lower Division Clerk (LDC):

Data Entry Operator (DEO) / Lower Division Clerk (LDC) : No. of posts will be determined in due course, Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400/- for DEO and Rs.1900/- for LDC, Age : 18-27 years as on 01/08/2012, Qualification : 12th Standard Pass or equivalent.
